Subject: Re: 84 900 turbo apc engine swap HELP!!!!!!

Well I have an 85 900 8 valve parts car, with only 60,000 miles (was wrecked). Runs great. My Turbo is leaking oil really bad, and the crankshaft pulley snapped, which I just replaced 2 summers ago. So I figured that since I do not have special tool required for the crankshaft pulley and I would need to pull the engine any way I would sacrifice the Ponies for reliability. So I decided to swap motors and slowly rebuild the turbo motor. This also gave me the opportunity to replace the power-steering rack, and cv axles. And I now have a motor that does not leak oil or coolant, and doesn't need the valves adjusted in a big way. So if you know where I can find a good kit to rebuild the Turbo, and the original motor for a good price, I will someday re-unite the pair. :) Hope this is an acceptable answer as I know that what I did is quite blasphemes, but when your broke your broke. P.S. Thanks for all of your help guys.
