It wasn't until recently that Saab has started to pull themselves out of that slump and shake off the image that their cars are "great to drive when they work". As I said, the data shows that every car manufacturer has increased reliability and quality since the 70's and 80's, it's good to see Saab making improvements, too. I can't speak about GM dealer service since I never had any car serviced there. All of the GM's I owned were decent cars, nothing to be passionate about, but reliable cars given their age by the time I got them. JJ
