How in the name of the great Saab > gods would you do that? ;) I already posted a sort of detailed explaination. If you haven't seen it yet or it isn't showing up on your server, email me and I will copy it over to you. But in a nutshell, the classic 900 doors were all predrilled to take either the manual or motorized window assemblies. So all you do is remove the motorized assembly from the door, slap in a manual assembly, and then after poking a hole thru the door panel (the smaller one that goes around the door latch above the arm rest) to allow the crank to come thru, put the door panels back on, attach the hand crank and you are done. Total time of conversion should run about 30-60 minutes. It is not very complicated at all. Once you have done it, if you ever need to do it again (say the other door) you can probably do the conversion in 15-20 minutes flat!
