Subject: Re: Replacing Radio Bin/Basket?

<< But the project entails switching the radio bin/basket in the dash - something that I'm not sure can be done without removing the dash facia. From there, there's also the issue of wiring the new amplifier/basket into the dash when, in all liklihood, connections aren't going to match up between 1987 and 1992. >> My console (1986) will come off without removing the facia. I have the manual that came with my two piece and it has all the connection color coding if you'd like me to send it to you. All the wiring is in the lower unit-the upper has two cables and the antenna wire-pretty easy. This looks pretty easy as radio installations go. Phil Brown
