I lost my garage space and have decided to sell my 1971 Sonett III. It is in very good condition and has never been restored. The odometer reads 33,573 miles which the previous owner swore was correct. However, the speedometer cable appears to be broken so I am not offering any guarantee of accuracy. Whatever the true mileage is, once you examine this car you will agree that it is a low mileage vehicle. It is a blue Sonett, serial number 71500128. It has almost no rust and is mostly original. The previous owner did remove the pop-up headlights and replaced them with lights in the grille. He covered the pop-up headlight holes with fiberglass and did a nice job of that. When you look at the pictures you will see what I mean. The car is whole and in reasonably good condition. However, there are numerous minor things that need repair: speedometer cable, windshield wipers, windshield washers, etc. Also, the headliner is drooping. The car is in the Boston suburbs and I can deliver anywhere in New England. I will work with you to deliver it to other locations, if you wish (at your expense, of course).
