Subject: 97 power seats controls - balky operation

So here's what happens -- you hold the control switch forward, say -- and the seat moves forward 1/2 inch, then stops. So you just push back and forth from center to forward and the seat eventually moves to where you want it. Then you open the door, and the seat automatically moves to the last memory position you used. This really freaked out my wife :) This happens with every different seat control switch (up, down, tilt, etc.), but only on the driver's seat. So basically, I'm just wondering if anyone knows which brain/relay I should replace to fix this. I have fixed the problem where both seats refuse to work at all, so I know there are several electrical boxes under there. Thanks in advance! -Micah mailto:mkdonahuenopsamaone.netNOSPAM
