I've seen a few on eBay that never reached their reserve prices, so I guess never sold. Check out the closed auctions for Viggens on eBay. For a car that they didn't make a lot of, there sure isn't a lot of demand for them, which is good for folks like you and me that would love to have one. Just make sure you don't overpay at a dealer, or on eBay. Quite simply if you see a Viggen on a dealer's lot, and it is sitting there for a long time, it is because they are asking too much for a car that loses about 40% of its value in the first 2 years. These things depreciate faster than any car I can think of. I don't know how they have been as far as reliability, but my friends with the SE model Saab 9-3 seem very happy so far with their 1999 model. JJ
