Yes and no. It's not all that hard, but most reports have the DIY'er
swearing to high heaven before he gets the spring hooked back up
under the dash. You might take a look out at www.saabnet.com in the 
NG900 section for a lot of helpful posts on the idler pulley and 
the cable.
