Would a 2.0 LPT on LPG (I think you call it autogas in the UK) be an option? Don't know about the fuel prices and roadtax in the UK, but in the dutch situation a LPT on LPG would actually be cheaper to run than the diesel. Only drawbacks would be the LPG tank filling up half the boot and only half the range compared to the diesel. regards, Mark
