Consumption in urban - 9000 CSE 98 (200 hp, 5 speed manual) Sorry, my question was probably not well understood, as I was talking about Litres per 100 km. From the responses, we do have: Earl & Ted Urban 25 mpg 9.5 l/100 km Highways 28 mpg 8.5 l/100 km Toby Urban in UK 18.5 mpg 12.7l/100 km These values sound good to me and I do experiment similar values, as least on highways: 80 miles/h 130 km/h 9.0 l/100 km 26.0 mpg 100 miles/h 160 km/h 10.5 l/100 km 22.4 mpg 112 miles /h 180 km/h 11.5 l/100 km 20.5 mpg I do not have any values for lower speed i.e. 55 miles/h ! or 88 km/h :+) My problem is in urban areas (for short run about 6 to 8 km) even when driving smoothly (i.e. no more than 3000 rpm) where I do experiment consumption of 18 l/100 km i.e. only 13 mpg ! Does any body have experiment one day such high consumption problems? Due to? The car is running very well, except that "excessive consumption" in urban, where I do not except to have no more than 14 l/100 km that's mean no less than 17 mpg. Best regards Thanks for your help Marc
