by chance if u came across my same question for my 1993 saab 9000cse turbo, i had the same situation occur... read my thread info. my "check engine light" came on after probably mis' starting the ignition when cranking on, it happen to not turn over, then i restarted quickly.. (20 degrees temp in colorado). well, i belived i triggered a fault, that caused my "check engine light" to stay on.. well, took it to my saab mechanic. he put it on there dio'tester.. no problem with fuel injection etc. but he said, the sensor is very sensitive to many varables with the injection/engine that caused it to trigger on.. cost here in colorado for dio'check... $52.00.. don't ignore light, as it is tied directly with your saabs fuel injection system, and a limp-home mode of the car when the injection system has faults (real or not).... cheers.. 81 saab 900 93 saan 9000cs 93 saab 9000 cse 2.3 turbo colorado...
