Well, I have all the bike pumps I need. The problem is that the one that works extremely well is a dual head pump with a twist handle at the chuck. Not any real problem if the angle is right, but its a problem engaging and disengaging when the angle is wrong. And with 10 or so hand pumps, I'm loathe to add another manual source for something I may be doing regularly. Besides, other than a couple of dual head frame pumps, all my bike pumps are Presta valve, not Schraeder. I'll head to Home Depot this weekend. By and large, inner tube solutions leak more. Topping off tires was more an issue in the bias ply inner tube days than they are now. OTOH, it only takes relatively few pumps to inflate a bike tire - even these low profile things take a bit of work. Curtis L. Russell Odenton, MD. (USA) Just someone on two wheels...
