Having spent several hours helping a friend change the fuel pump in his 9000, in
a car park, I can attest to what fun that can be, especially if you are trying
to replace just the pump (much cheaper) and what happens if the large securing
ring won't come off, or you should accidently break the fuel hose connection
nipple (the one with the filter in)...great fun.
