If you have Haynes, there is a pic on page 4A.13 . The IAV is easily
accessible on top of engine. I actually had a new one, but they are
fairly expensive. 

Yes, the 9000 Haynes could be better. The problem is that it does
not explain what is likely to go wrong, only how to remove/replace.
