Well, it also happens 25mph in 3rd gear, and sometimes 35mph in 3rd
or 4th.  I was able to do 25 in 4th two weeks ago.   25 in 3rd causes
my SHIFT UP light to stay on, when I put it in 4th it goes out.  This is
how I know I was able to do it without the car bucking.

This is not a human operator error :-)
