Greetings, Thanks for the help, so finally managed to figure out what is what. The black is the ground; actually is connected to the chassis. The red is the positive. The third wire connection is to provide power in the event there is an electric motor driven antenna. Find that one to. Was little bit led into confusion because of the negative sign on the radio itself. Everything is now perfectly working.
