Mark, you don't say where you are, but in the UK you have two main options: Hirsch Performance - based in Reading and Sheffield - see www.hirsch-performance.ch Abbott Racing - Alledgedly not quite as neat, but still capable. http://www.abbottracing.com/ Otherwise, you're somewhat stuffed. The problem is Saab, at least in the UK, wol't let you tune a 2000 9-3 with their own tuning chips - they only started that on the 2001 models. Both Hirsch and Abbott mods are avaliable worldwide, though it will be up to your local dealer and country as to what happens to whatever is left of your warranty. Hope this helps.
