Hey, This is the first winter that I've had the car and it consistently will grind when shifting into 2nd or 3rd gear when cold. To prevent this, I have to shift very slowly. When the car warms up, it operates normally. Is this typical, or should I take this as a sign of oncoming transmission problems. I associate it with some kind of synchronizer slippage. I did recently change the tranny oil and I am running 10W30 right now with no change in behavior. Thanks, Eric
