Subject: '93 900S NA - Rough shifting when cold
Hey,
This is the first winter that I've had the car and it consistently will
grind when shifting into 2nd or 3rd gear when cold. To prevent this, I have
to shift very slowly. When the car warms up, it operates normally.
Is this typical, or should I take this as a sign of oncoming transmission
problems. I associate it with some kind of synchronizer slippage. I did
recently change the tranny oil and I am running 10W30 right now with no
change in behavior.
Thanks,
Eric
