If you look at the dealer networkonline you will find a very heavy concentration of dealers in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New Hampshire (likely Vermont too but I don't track 'em). I live about 20 miles west of concorn NH and know that, in addition to the authorized dealers, there are two excellent dealers/repair shops that specialize in SAAB's. One, Don's in Bow normally has at least a dozen cars for sale and the last time I was in for service had several 94/95 9000's. The other, Gary's in Concord, usually has fewer cars for sale.
