Betsy, if you're looking for a really good 4-season tire, the Nokian NRW's are excellent. They turned a great snow tire into a very good all season sports tire. I run these year round on our '89 900. However, note that it's generally best to run a slightly narrower tire in snow than you would the rest of the year.
