Subject: Any idea what would cause this?

I have a 99 Saab 9-3 Convertible SE. The thing I've noticed lately is this: when I take a hard right corner, say 90 degree corner at about 10mph, while accelerating.. I hear this sound from the lower left front part of the car(I'm guessing). It's hard to describe a sound with words but it's almost like a deep whooshing sound. Also, I can feel something through the pedals like a vibration. Any ideas? Or should I just take it to the dealer? Also, are the windows supposed to rattle so much, or will my dealer fix that under warranty too. thanks so much
