Deadlocked. Return to car bearing bags of Xmas gifts. Open boot with remote. Place Gifts in boot. Reach in, sort out gifts, hide coats over top to prevent kids from seeing etc. Close boot. Reach for keys in coat pocket. Check other coat pocket. Check trouser pockets. Shout at wife, "why the hell aren't you carrying your set of keys......." A real conundrum - stuck outside of one of the most secure cars available on the market, keys in boot, doors deadlocked. Even if I'd broken the glass, I wouldn't have been able to open the doors. Phone friend, who has to drive 25 miles to collect my Wife. Drives 25 miles to take wife back to house. Wife collects keys from house. Drives 25 miles back to me with keys. Friend drives 25 miles home again. (Friend owed lots of beer). Yes, something I'll only do the once...... Simon
