I've never experienced that problem on my 2000 Aero. A/C on or not, the headlight remain at full strength. However, the do dim somewhat, when I close all 4 windws at the same time, and hold the buttons up once the windows are already closed.... But that's standard for all makes of cars. It sounds like you've got a battery problem, or there is excessive battery drain in your car.
