Folksam is an insurance company, the statistics are based bon actual accident reports rather than the NCAP crash test, the NCAP tests were only recently introduced. The main idea for Folksam, however, is that cars are put into 5 groups and the Saab 9000 falls into the top safest group. In another place they write that there are more than ten times as many injuries and deaths in the first group than in the fifth and safest group. I subscribe to the DRIVER mag of Saab owners club, here I have read stories about actual roll-over accidents where the driver came away without injuries. Johannes
