I did the same to my old Citroen Xantia when the hydro-clver-thingy-suspension was wearing out, and apart from a stapping with Gaffer tape, the only solution was to pay for a completely new lower spoiler assembly..... so I did the sensible thing....... traded it in for my first Saab ;-) H. PS - Sorry I can't be any more help!
