I wouldn't bother stop leak, chances are its from the 'front' (near bulkhead) main seal, better to get it fixed. As for oil In an old tech car like a 99, castrol GTX 10/40 or 15/40 is best. Anyway, count yourself lucky, my 900 drips oil in just a few minutes running over my drive.
