One part (Bosal) appeard excellent, well finished, with smoothe curves thick steel and superb welds. The other section (Manufacturer unknown) fitted well enough, but appeared thinner and the curves bent in such a way that a restriction was obvious when compared to the saab Item. Performance was very slightly affected when fitted. My view is therefore that aftermarket is fine, but try and see the sections before you buy.
