I didn't know he had moved but before he went out on his own 10-15 years ago he ran the service department at International Motors in Falls Church (assuming they are still around) .... I left the area a number of years ago but I know that at least as recently as 4 years ago he still kept in touch with them so give it a try and maybe they know.
