Hello, New to this group! Just bought the 9-3 Hot Aero Conv' (Brand New). Lovely car. After 1 week the electric hood and power windows packed up. Took it back to the Saab dealer and they rectified the problem and assured me it wouldn't happen again. A week later I'm getting 'Soft Top Failure' on readout and hood not working. As you can imagine after the first time I was paranoid about putting the hood down at all. What do I do now? If they fix it (AGAIN!) I will be paranoid it will happen again. Should I demand a new car? Get the old (!) one fixed and pray it will never happen again? Or ditch the Saab completely? Is this a common fault?
