No way. It just that I prefer to start the engine before putting the seat belt on (I don't know why -
I just do) and I find the chimes annoying. And even if one puts the seat belt on first, ones
passenger may not so the chimes still go off. I find the warning light more than sufficient to warn
me if the passenger hasn't put their belt on.
