1: sounds about right for a dealer. He is charging Saab parts costs + labor at 65+/hr. The heater core and blower motor are cheaper elsewhere which is why the indie is a bit less. Why would you have to flush and fill the A/C? It is not touched in this process as far as I know. You will have to flush and fill the coolant, though. 2: I'd need to see it.
