Subject: Re: What fuel consumption?

With a 2001 9-5 Aero Auto Estate on normal 95RON unleaded I get about 27 MPG in local use and 29MPG for motorway work at about 85MPH. It's done 11,000 miles now and consumption has only improved by about 1 MPG since the 1000 mile stage. I did try Optimax and found it gave about 1MPG improvement, although subjectively the engine felt a little smoother and more eager to rev. Jeremy.
