I gotta disagree. To me it looks like they did a nice smoothing of 
the current design which retains the traditional look while achieving
a modern style which should appeal to a wider audience. 

But, let's face it, unless you go radical (i.e. latest Toyota Celica)
there are only so many front & rear end designs possible. You always
end up looking like something from the past/current.
