It sounds like yours hung, I've seen this before. If you wait an hour, you can try again. There are also instructions for clearing it in the manual, if you don't have one I will dig them out for you - let me know. After a certain number of tries, it will always hang for an hour to supposedly foil a thief who is trying all possible codes. Another choice is to disconnect the battery for a while... when you reconnect, it usually corrects the "hang" problem. Bob
