Subject: Service Advise on a 1999 9-3

Our 1999 9-3 5-door has about 37,000 miles on it. For the past year, I've noticed an oscillating vibration when driving between 65-75mph. I've complained about this to my dealer at least 3-4 times, and each time they make the problem better, but the vibration is still there. To date, the following has been done and noted, with my dealer giving up and throwing his hands in the air: 1- The problem is evident with my winter tires (Blizzaks) and stock wheels, as well has with my summer Borbet wheels and Potenza tires. Both sets have been balanced, problem remains. 2- A recent 4-wheel alignment has been done, helped some, problem remains. 3- None of the 9-3 loaners I've driven have this problem. 4- I have two friends who also own 99 9-3s, neither of their cars have this problem. 5- My dealer brought the car to a neighboring Lexus dealer who had "the latest alignment equipment", helped some, problem remains. 6- I mentioned that apparently 97-98 900s had a problem with rubber bushings on the suspension that Saab issued a service notice on, and asked if that could be the cause - my dealer he never heard of such a service notice. I'm at wit's end on this one, and my dealer has pretty much given up - any ideas? Thanks
