OTOH, getting NYC to respond to this requires more effort than I can summon. Consequently, we have never claimed anything from anyone when we replaced a tire (and upper-joint) on our 1996 900 nor when we replaced a tire on our 1999 9-3. However, if this settlement is reached, I'll certainly take my piece rather than leave for the attorneys. Kal
