I might be able to get a used SAAB 9000 Turbo for cheap. In general I've been told to stay away from the used Turbo's because they are expensive to fix. I do know that this car has an exhaust leak in the exhaust manifold - turbo region-not terribly loud- turbo still functions. Is this serious? How much would it cost to fix? Any advice in general on buying a used '90 Saab 9000 turbo would be appreciated. It is a 5sp w/ 180+K miles Thanks!
