Hi! I own a SAAB 900 turbo -89 (8-valve), and I like it, dispite its 340 000 kilometers. Anyway, my mom own a SAAB 9-3 SE turbo, which is good and works well, but I think I would prefer an Audi to it. Haven¥t driven an Audi, but have ridden in one. German quality is enjoyable. Present 9-3 is not a real competitor to Audi, Mercedes or BMW, but the new 9-3, which is presented in july is, and will definately be a strong competitor to these germans. If I were in your shoes, I would wait with my buy, and buy the new 9-3 this autumn. For example it is equipped with gas-shockers, rain sensor guided windshield wipers, fiber-optical based communication combined with blue-tooth technology and much much more. I think it will be a hit. I was passed by a couple of new 9-3s the other day, on my way home from work, and they look very good. They are also bigger than the present 9-3, but smaller than the 9-5.
