You should have the bearings ($33 USD)and the other misc components (washers, $7USD) examined while you have it all apart. They are also known to wear in many cases. You *really* should do both sides. The labor to do it is probably a couple of hours. If you are going to all that trouble you might want to consider replacing the dampers at the same time. You will be doing all of the labor already. Koni's are adjustable and wonderful, but will set you back about $300 USD for the fronts. You can DIY if you are a qualified DIY'er and have done struts before. Bob
