Newton-Meter.  Unit of torque in metric-speaking countries (er,
pretty much, anywhere but here).  To convert from newton-meters
into foot-pounds, multiply the number by 0.73756 (OK, I cheated
and looked that up, I'll admit.  3/4 works for ballpark figuring)
