I bought my Saab at the Exchange in Highland Park. Their service and support is great: Prompt, courteous, easy access to a free loaner, etc. Perillo is just a few blocks from my house, however, so I've had some warranty service done there. They were quick to give me an appointment, did the right work, did it correctly, and got the car back to me on time. However, when the car goes out of warranty, I'll be using SaabTech for service.
