I didn't buy my car there, but I did have my Saab there for oil change ++. It was expensive and not too service oriented. I got an appointment at 12, and a promise that the car would be ready within an hour. When I came, the mechanic that was supposed to fix my car had gone for lunch, and didn't come back in a while. The result was that I had to wait altogether about 3.5 hours before I got my car back. So much for getting in done during lunch. Instead I had to walk around in the area to kill some time. When I went up there to look at a 9-5 Aero, the sales guy just wanted to let me try a normal 9-5. "Why don't you get this one instead." "If you buy it today, I can get you a great deal". "It is nearly the same car. You can order an Aero if you want". Get real...I would expect this from a Ford dealer, but not a Saab dealer. Check www.saabnet.com for listing over other mechanics. I had my car in for a 45000 miles service the other day with one of the others on the list (non dealer) and paid about 150 dollars. Perillo as well as the other dealer I checked with wanted close to 700 dollar.....
