i have two 91 saabs 900t 5speed and 91 9000s 5speed and was hoping to build a scanner i just need to know if saab were compliant with the iso-9141:1989 standard(ie obd). if it is what is the round plug above the ISAT(saab obd) connector? also if anyone know if saab sells there codes i would appreciate it thank in advance for any help
