Why not do everything? Use the forms for major check-ups and such (12,00 24,00 and whatever else you come up with) and then use a notbook for everything else (Oil changes etc.) in the notebook you could even cross refrence the form 3,000 mi Oil Change 6,000 mi Oil Change 7,500 mi Changed Windshield Wipers 9,238 mi Oil Change 12,000 mi 12k Checkup/Service...see form That way you can put more detail about it on the form like "Alternator worn had dealer replace" or whatever. I mean I know that you shouldn't be replacing your alternator at 12,000 miles it was just an example. I'd be a little weary of just the forms too unless it was completly explained to me that the seller had made them and why the seller had made them. This shouldn't be a problem since you are not trying to decieve the buyer, but if you didn't say anything it would make it look like you were trying to make it look like a dealer was doing work you did when you aernt...get it?
