My Mercedes is absolutely appalling, and the service from the dealer is shocking too. Although that is just anecdotal, it is borne out by the latest JD Power survey too. They noted that the dealer service had fallen markedly because the service bays were filled with faulty C-classes - my experience exactly. I've always been mildly put off Saabs because of their front-wheel drive, but that new sport-saloon does look rather appealing, especially when the hatch version comes along.
