i've got a 97 saab and i have the check engine light on. I've got it in one of the shops locally today and they ran a computer diagnostics on it. they're telling me that my upstream oxygen sensor is the one that's causing it. about a year ago, the same check engine light came also, and at that time to get it fixed, a different shop replaced the gear contact switch and it was fixed. I was just wondering if these two items are the same. and i also wanted to verify the report that was given to me about the sensor. would that really cause the problem i'm having bcause it's gonna cost me $200. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks. -----= Posted via Newsfeeds.Com, Uncensored Usenet News =----- http://www.newsfeeds.com - The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! -----== Over 80,000 Newsgroups - 16 Different Servers! =-----
