If when putting in the CD Changer the Head unit does not recognize it try the following. There evidently was a know problem with the Head units computer memory and the follow needs to be performed for it to recognize the changer. 1. make sure you have your radio's security code 2. With car and radio off unplug the CD Changer 3. Turn on car and radio 4. Remove the fuses for the radio (located on left corner of dash inside of driver's door - fuse #11 and #13 ) 5. turn off car and then restart... radio won't work 6. Turn off car, replace fuse, restart. Turn on radio and enter radio security code. (make sure your radio now works). Turn off radio and shut off car. 7. plug in CD Changer 8. Start car and turn on radio - It should now recognize the CD Changer.
