Subject: 9000 running base boost?



I have a '93 9000 CSE 2.3T. I got in my car the other day after not using it
for 3 days and it seems to be running on base boost pressure. The turbo
needle won't go any further than halfway and the APC fuse is intact.

What should I check next? Any help greatly appreciated.
