Also if you leave the headlights on, they will shut off when the car is off so you have Daytime Running lights. (I leave mine on all the time; just easier that way). As to the dimming, there are two dimmers on the older 900s. One on the side (Larger) and one in the cluster itself (looks like the clock setting stem or the odometer reset button) that should take care of the cluster lights. Craig
