My Saab dealer initially programmed mine for free during an early service, and then reprogrammed it to a higher speed later when I asked, also for free, but again during a normal service. I don't know if they would charge to do it if I went in just for that. You can actually vary the programmed speed at which it activates - a higher speed is more convenient for me as I often go through a series of gates on the kids farm, so you don't have to keep unlocking to get out to open the gates. Guess that wouldn't matter to city slickers. BTW it does seem to scare the shit out of unsuspecting passengers - just get smoothly underway and accelerate silently, then "Thunk-Thunk-Thunk!" as the locks activate. I've had a couple of hypersensitive passengers who almost went into heart attack mode! -- Regards, Peter Wilkins
